Due to the size of the proteins, foods usually have a high antigenicity. The allergy is a natural defensive reaction of our immune system.
As the enzymes in our 3PE will already be activated during our process, you can combine it with a liquid medium (e.g. your product) directly. After contact the enzymes start to cleave the containing proteins and the allergenic potential will be reduced subsequently.
In addition, our 3PE does not have any severe impact on the taste in the final product, while other synthetic products on the market do.
For our production we use only porcine pancreas fit for human consumption as the composition is comparable to the human pancreas.
